What actually changes on cutover night
Most of a migration is preparation. The switch itself comes down to a short list of records, changed in an order that keeps mail flowing the whole way through. This is the shape of it for a company moving from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.

The part that catches people out isn't in this table: every service you sign into with a "Sign in with Google" button keeps pointing at Google after the move. Those have to be converted first, while the old account still works.
Three things worth knowing before you hire me
Access, not passwords. I work through delegate invitations and admin accounts in your name. Your credentials stay yours, and you can revoke my access in a click when a project ends.
Your account stays yours. Licences and domains are bought on your card, in your name. Nothing I set up for you is hostage to me still being around.
Work happens outside your business hours. Manila runs twelve hours ahead of New York, which makes your quiet hours my working afternoon. Migrations and reboots happen while your team is asleep.
